Good day, The recipient was directly at Kiev UPS on Friday and sent me the following description of the situation: I've been to the tax of fi ce and they told me you made the documents wrong, it has to say that the insurance cost is 240 € and you put the price in a wrong window, which says that I have to pay 240 € + tax. I explained to them the situation with the project and the only way to have it for free is to put me as a company, not as a physical person. Unfortunately I dont have such a permission (my mom and my friends do, we can try to put it through them) but I am afraid it's too complicated. I have been living in Ukraine only 1.5 year since my emigrant experience in Poland and I never had such a situation. Please provide information on how the situation could be handled.
